Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Videographer & Editor to join our creative team in Bengaluru. This role requires someone who can shoot professional-quality videos, capture engaging Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) content, and edit compelling videos for social media, YouTube, and client projects.

You will also support the team during main shoots, assist in production, and continuously learn to edit at a professional level. This is a creative, hands-on role for someone who is enthusiastic, self-driven, and ready to grow in filmmaking and editing.

Responsibilities


• Capture and edit BTS videos to highlight the creative process.


• Assist during main shoots (camera handling, gimbal operations, lighting setup, production support).


• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with Dark Studio's creative vision.


• Work closely with the creative director to execute projects.


• Stay updated with video editing and content creation trends.

Mandatory Requirements


• Must be a resident of Bengaluru.


• Must own a professional camera, a gimbal, and a dedicated editing computer/laptop.

Qualifications


• Strong knowledge of video production (camera operation, framing, lighting).


• Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).


• Creative vision, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.


• Ability to work independently and within a team.


• Enthusiastic, passionate, and eager to learn.


• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Photography, or related field preferred (not mandatory if highly skilled).
