Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience of min. 2-3 Years in HR Department.
Technical Skills
:
· Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
· Familiarity with HR software (HRIS, payroll systems, performance management tools).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Organizational Skills
: Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Confidentiality
: High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing:
(i) Coordinate and oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and candidate selection.
(ii) Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and ensure the recruitment of qualified candidates.
(iii) Manage new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture and processes.
2. Employee Relations:
(i) Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions, concerns, or complaints.
(ii) Advise on conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions, ensuring a fair and compliant process.
(iii) Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and activities.
3. Training & Development:
(i) Identify training and development needs across departments and collaborate with managers to design and implement effective programs.
(ii) Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and skills development sessions.
(iii) Assist with career development programs to enhance employee growth and satisfaction.
4. Performance Management:
(i) Assist in the development and execution of performance review processes.
(ii) Support managers in setting performance expectations and providing feedback to employees.
(iii) Monitor employee progress and assist in creating performance improvement plans when necessary.
5. Compensation & Benefits:
(i) Administer compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive structures.
(ii) Manage employee benefits programs (health, dental, retirement, etc.), ensuring accurate enrollment, claims, and changes.
(iii) Assist in benchmarking compensation practices and conducting market salary surveys.
6. Compliance & Legal:
(i) Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
(ii) Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate documentation and confidentiality.
(iii) Prepare reports and documentation for audits, legal inquiries, and other HR-related assessments.
7. HR Administration:
(i) Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, time off, and other HR-related metrics.
(ii) Prepare HR reports, including turnover, headcount, and other key performance indicators.
