The Sky Phygital Relationship Manager will be a key player in our sales team, responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strategic mindset to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sky Channel team to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales performance.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and target potential clients through effective lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Collaborate with the Sky Channel team to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and demonstrations to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on sales activities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the bank's services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
