CNC Programmer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with strong AutoCAD expertise to join our Furniture Division. The role involves creating and optimizing CNC programs for wood, MDF, plywood, and other materials used in furniture manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of furniture design, joinery, and machining processes, ensuring precision and efficiency in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for cutting, routing, drilling, and engraving furniture components.
• Use AutoCAD to interpret, modify, and prepare 2D/3D furniture drawings for CNC machining.
• Convert design files into machine-ready programs compatible with CNC routers (e.g., Biesse, Homag, SCM, etc.).
• Ensure efficient material utilization and minimize wastage during the machining process.
• Coordinate with the Design and Production teams to review technical drawings and resolve discrepancies.
• Set up and test CNC machines to verify program accuracy before mass production.
• Maintain CNC libraries, tools, and documentation for future use.
• Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance related to programming operations.
• Ensure quality standards, accuracy, and finish in all machined furniture parts.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing process.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Furniture Design, or Wood Technology (or related field).
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a furniture or woodworking environment.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D drafting).
• Experience with CNC routers and CAD/CAM software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
