Position Overview

We are seeking a
Data Scientist / ML Engineer
with a strong background in
Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
.

The ideal candidate will have
1+ years of hands-on experience
in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI-driven solutions.

In this role, you will be an integral part of our
AI Center of Excellence (AI-CoE)
, working on cutting-edge projects that drive innovation and deliver measurable business impact.

A key focus area for this role will be to
build AI-enabled products and platforms
that create
monetizable differentiators
for products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy
    machine learning
    and
    Generative AI
    systems, including
    Agentic AI
    applications using
    Large Language Models (LLMs)
    .
  • Research, prototype, and implement
    state-of-the-art ML and AI algorithms
    .
  • Perform
    data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis
    .
  • Train, fine-tune, and optimize ML models for
    accuracy, scalability, and performance
    .
  • Collaborate with
    cross-functional teams
    including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts.
  • Extend and customize
    existing ML frameworks and libraries
    to meet project-specific requirements.
  • Stay up to date with the
    latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and applied machine learning
    technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in building and deploying
    Generative AI / Agentic AI
    applications.
  • Strong understanding of
    machine learning and deep learning
    principles.
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    ,
    SQL
    , and ML frameworks such as
    PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy
    , etc.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Generative AI toolkits
    like
    LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex
    , or similar.
  • Working knowledge of
    MLOps principles
    and implementation of
    Big Data
    solutions in
    batch and streaming modes
    (mandatory).
  • Experience with
    databases
    (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with
    MLFlow, KubeFlow, Langfuse, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
    .
  • Experience with
    containerization
    tools (Docker) and
    orchestration
    platforms (Kubernetes).
  • Strong
    problem-solving, analytical
    , and
    collaboration skills
    .
  • Excellent
    communication skills
    and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields
