Job Title: Credit Manager / Analyst
Vertical: Wholesale Banking
Sectors: Infrastructure, FIG, CCG
Job Role:
- Analyze Structured Finance deals, perform Credit Analysis & Cash Flow Analysis, and evaluate Financial Risk and Risk Assessment.
- Prepare Credit Appraisal Notes (CRANs) for Large Corporate clients.
- Engage with business teams to discuss Terms & Conditions for risk assessments.
- Interact with customers to gather required information for CRAN preparation.
- Monitor accounts in line with the terms stipulated by the Sanctioning Authority.
- Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the assigned portfolio.
- Identify and escalate non-compliances with an appropriate action plan.
- Conduct site visits and submit inspection reports.
- Address and manage escalations related to risk assessments.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in Structured Finance/Credit Underwriting for Large Corporates.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Excel for Financial Model preparation.
- Sector Expertise: Experience in Project Finance and/or Infrastructure sector credit analysis preferred (not mandatory).
- Qualifications: CA/MBA/CFA.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
