Role & Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain SQL Server databases across development and production environments.
  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot T-SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
  • Perform database backup, recovery, migration, and ETL activities.
  • Configure and manage SSIS / SSRS for integration and reporting.
  • Monitor database health, jobs, and performance tuning using SQL Server tools.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of database solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database connectivity and performance issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 4-6 years of SQL Server DBA & Development experience.
  • Strong skills in T-SQL, complex queries, indexing, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server 2016 and above.
  • Proficiency in SSIS and exposure to SSRS.
  • Good knowledge of database migration, ETL, and recovery models.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote / WFH setup.
