Job Summary:The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships to promote client retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling izero247 services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Achieve and surpass assigned client engagement and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client relationship management or account management.
  • Strong communication skills in Kannada and English.
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,962.30 per month

Work Location: In person
