MuleSoft AMS Engineer Production Support
Experience: 6+ Years
Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Noida, Mumbai (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for MuleSoft-based applications and integrations.
- Troubleshoot incidents, analyze root causes, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Work within a ticketing system (preferably ServiceNow) for issue tracking and management.
- Develop and maintain MuleSoft flows to integrate APIs, databases, and SaaS applications.
- Manage deployments using Jenkins, ANT, and Maven build tools.
- Work with MuleSoft Anypoint Studio to create, debug, and optimize integration solutions.
- Understand and manage Mule ESB architecture, including server administration and deployments (Cloud, On-Premise, Hybrid).
- Collaborate with development and support teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
- (Optional) Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) tools is a plus.
Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience in MuleSoft.
- Strong experience in production support and application maintenance.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
- Solid background in Java development.
5.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have:
1. Exposure to Managed File Transfer (MFT) tools.
2. Experience deploying on Cloud / Hybrid environments.
