Position Overview:

We are looking for a Fresher – Back Office Executive with a basic understanding of Dubai Customs processes. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build a career in logistics administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day shipment documentation and data entry.
  • Prepare and manage customs-related paperwork.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and support the operations team.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate (Married woman preferred).
  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in logistics or documentation.
  • Knowledge of Dubai Customs procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Available to join immediately (preferred).
