What you'll do

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Associate (1-5 year experience) to join our team. This role is about reaching out to potential customers, explaining our services, and supporting the sales team to grow the business. If you have good communication skills and are willing to learn about the shipping industry, this is a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and connect with potential clients to introduce BOXWAGON SHIPPING LINE AND PVT LTD and our services.
  • Understand client needs and suggest the right shipping solutions.
  • Support the sales team in generating and converting leads.
  • Maintain proper client records in the CRM system.
  • Work towards monthly targets and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Learn and stay updated about logistics industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Share useful client feedback with the marketing and product teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or related roles. (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Confidence to speak with clients over the phone.
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
  • Knowledge of shipping or logistics industry will be an added advantage (not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools will be helpful.
