You will harness cutting-edge technology to revolutionise our digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences.To be successful as a Java Tech Lead you should have experience with:Hands-on Engineer Lead in Java, Cloud, CI/CD, AI tech stackVery Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design using Java or any other Language.Strong experience in Java 21Hands on experience in JEE frameworks e.g. Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot,  JPA or other ORM frameworks.Hands on experience on Microservices/REST endpoints Architecture. Good understanding Service Discovery, Load Balancing, Resiliency, etc.Strong Understanding of Messaging concepts and technologies Active MQ/RabbitMQ etc.Strong DevOps concepts and understanding of Open-source cloud technologies. AWS, OpenShift will be desired.Authentication – OAuth, OAuth 2Experience in Build tools like, Maven/Gradle etc.Experience with Devops tools, Gitlab Pipelines, AI/Gen AI use cases etc.Design and implement ETL/API solutions with Ab>Initio with massively parallel processing architecture.Strong understanding of ETL, Ab>Initio, Real Time processing with functional and non-functional assessment for global implementations, Ab>Initio (batch and real-time)Strong skills on ETL design patterns and data warehouse architectureStrong Design & Data Analytics SkillsHands-on experience in developing complex/medium/easy datasets using SQL tool.Build and maintenance of data architectures pipelines that enable the transfer and processing of durable, complete and consistent data.Design and implementation of data warehouse and data lakes that would manage the appropriate data volumes and velocity and adhere to the required security measures.Development of processing and analysis algorithms fit for the intended data complexity and volumes.Very good in Project Management and Program/Dependency Management.Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills.Great Collaboration skills and a go-getter.Some other highly valued skills may include:Enterprise Containerization technologies e.g. Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift etc.Experience in TDD (Test Driven Development), Junit, MockitoExperience in Code Scan tools – Sonarqube, Veracode, Prisma Scan, etc.Experience with API development and integration with 3rd party vendors.You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.This role is based in Pune.
