Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct OPD consultations and manage patient cases with professionalism and clinical accuracy.
  • Provide diagnosis, treatment plans, prescriptions, and follow-up care.
  • Maintain proper medical documentation and patient records.
  • Coordinate effectively with nursing, admin, and home-care teams.
  • Participate in teleconsultations, online review sessions, and digital documentation.
  • Be available for home visits and travel to patient locations within approximately 1 hour when assigned.
  • Uphold medical ethics, patient confidentiality, and Ilahi Healthcare's service standards.

Interview Process

  • Interviews will be conducted online (video call).
  • Shortlisted candidates will receive a link and time slot.

Required Qualifications

  • MBBS degree from a recognized institution (mandatory).
  • Valid Indian medical registration/license.
  • 0–5 years of experience (freshers may be considered).
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
  • Willingness to handle home visits, patient interaction, and emergency calls.

Preferred Skills

  • Good bedside manner and empathy.
  • Ability to manage diverse patient conditions independently.
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (preferred).
  • Strong punctuality, ethics, and discipline.

Work Schedule

Full-Time :

  • Regular shift timings (6 days/week)
  • May include home visits as per schedule

Part-Time :

  • Flexible working hours
  • Ideal for doctors seeking additional practice time
