  • Making QC Report for Incoming Material in Excel Sheet Conduct and Supervise inspection of raw Materials (Brass rods).
  • Monitor in-process QC During Operation such as turning, threading, drilling, milling, plating, etc.
  • Perform final inspection of finished brass parts before packing and dispatch.
  • Use measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Plug Gauges, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, Profile Projector, etc.
  • Prepare and maintain Inspection Reports, QC Checklists, Control Plans.
  • Interpret and study technical drawings, tolerance charts, thread standards, Material specification sheets. Ensure components meet customer requirements for dimension, tolerance, finish, plating, hardness, etc.
  • Handle customer complaints related to quality. Provide 8D reports, corrective actions, Sample approvals, and inspection data. coordinate with sales and production for customer-specific requirements.

Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Skill:

Understanding of machining processes :CNC, multi-slide, automatic turning, forging. Ability to read complex engineering drawings. Proficiency in using measuring instruments.

Experience :

1-2 years of QC experience in brass components /Precision turned parts manufacturing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
