We're looking for talented Roblox Developers who love building polished, high-performance experiences that millions of players can enjoy together, whether it's a tactical shooter, a social sports world, or a live-ops-driven event space.

What You'll Do

• Develop, optimize, and ship Roblox experiences end-to-end using Roblox Studio and Lua scripting.
• Implement gameplay systems, UI, and multiplayer features with clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Collaborate with designers and artists to turn creative ideas into functional, fun gameplay.
• Build and balance UGC systems, in-game economies, and live-ops features that keep players engaged.
• Contribute to core architecture decisions for performance, stability, and scalability across devices.
• Debug, profile, and optimize gameplay systems for low-end and mobile performance.
• Participate actively in design and playtesting sessions, providing feedback on mechanics, flow, and feel.
• Stay updated on Roblox platform updates, APIs, and best practices to push the limits of what's possible.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of experience developing on Roblox with Lua scripting.
• Deep understanding of Roblox Studio, gameplay mechanics, and multiplayer systems.
• Ability to prototype quickly and iterate based on feedback.
• Experience deploying and maintaining live Roblox experiences.
• Solid understanding of client-server replication, data stores, and network optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a love for clean, efficient code.
• Collaborative mindset and should be comfortable working across disciplines in a fast-paced team.
• Passion for creating experiences that players talk about, share, and come back to.

Bonus Points

• Experience shipping a live Roblox title with measurable success.
• Knowledge of Free-to-Play (F2P) systems, progression loops, or in-game economies.
• Background in Unity (C#) or other modern game engines.
• Familiarity with analytics and telemetry tools for balancing and tuning.
• Interest in competitive, shooter, or sports gameplay systems.
