Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan reminders, EMI follow-up, and payment confirmation.
  • Provide product information related to auto finance and resolve customer queries.
  • Maintain daily call logs and update records in the system.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on pending cases.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills in Gujarati/Hindi.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
  • Ability to handle customer queries politely and confidently.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Pleasant voice and good listening skills.
