Job Description

We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Graphic Designer to join our team who can conceptualize, design, and execute visually appealing and innovative creative materials that align with the company's branding, marketing, and communication goals. The graphic designer will ensure that all visual content is engaging, consistent, and optimized for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media, while adhering to project timelines and brand guidelines

Key Responsibilities

Design Creation
: Develop creative visuals, layouts, and designs for print and digital media, including advertisements, social media, brochures, and websites.

Brand Adherence
: Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.

Collaboration
: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.

Concept Development
: Brainstorm and conceptualize new design ideas to enhance the company's visual presence.

Project Management
: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Revisions
: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise achieve the desired outcome.

Asset Preparation
: Prepare final design files for print production or digital use, ensuring quality and accuracy.

Trend Awareness
: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Required Skills

* Expertise in Video Editor, Motion Graphics Designer, and UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.

* Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as:

Video Editing:
Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro

Motion Graphics:
Adobe After Effects, Blender

UI/UX Design:
Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InDesign or similar design tools.

* Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

* Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and animation techniques.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with designers, developers, and marketing teams.

* Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in Branding - Static/video creatives, motion graphics, and UI/UX design.

Educational Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

* Experience with 3D animation and rendering.

* Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
