About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Python Developer
with strong expertise in backend development, API design, and system integration. You'll work on scalable enterprise systems, data-driven applications, and AI-enabled features. Experience with
RAG architectures or multilingual systems
will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust backend systems and RESTful APIs using
    Django, Flask, or FastAPI
    .
  • Architect and maintain
    microservices-based
    enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams for full lifecycle delivery.
  • Integrate
    databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
    and caching systems.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Optimize performance, troubleshoot, and enhance reliability.
  • Contribute to
    AI/ML and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
    projects.
  • Handle multilingual data processing and automation pipelines.
  • Maintain technical documentation for APIs and system processes.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on
    Python development
    experience.
  • Expertise in
    Django, Flask, or FastAPI
    frameworks.
  • Strong grasp of
    OOP, data structures, and design patterns
    .
  • Deep knowledge of
    RESTful APIs, microservices, and system scalability
    .
  • Proficiency with
    SQL/NoSQL databases
    , Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
  • Understanding of
    asynchronous programming
    , caching, and data pipelines.
  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Good to Have

  • Exposure to
    RAG systems

  • Knowledge of
    Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)

  • Familiarity with
