Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Institutional Mediation - Legal, located in Kochi. The role involves managing legal issues, mediating with law enforcement agencies, consulting on legal matters, preparing legal documents, and effective communication. The role demands providing mediation services, facilitating dispute resolution processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law and Legal Consulting
Strong Communication skills (Malayalam & English)
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and understanding of Legal Issues
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in mediation and dispute resolution is a plush
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Willingness and confidence to travel, meet and negotiate with law enforcement agencies, legal service departments etc. to resolve the matters.
