Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to understand client briefs and translate them into impactful visuals.
  • Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital platforms including social media, websites, digital ads, emails, and presentations.
  • Develop static and motion graphics (GIFs, reels, animations) to enhance digital campaigns.
  • Ensure brand guidelines, design consistency, and visual storytelling across campaigns.
  • Brainstorm fresh ideas and visual concepts for campaigns, pitches, and brand communication.
  • Stay updated with design, digital marketing, and social media trends to create engaging, contemporary visuals.
  • Deliver projects within timelines while maintaining high creative standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Visualiser, Graphic Designer, or in a similar creative role (
    preferably in a digital agency
    ).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Ability to translate ideas and concepts into compelling visuals.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
