Provisioning Analyst- Job Description
Provisioning Analyst with detailed knowledge of the Provisioning process and who understands various steps of provisioning process starting from the creation of ID, maintenance of ID account, providing the additional accesses, and decommissioning of the users for all of the 3rd Party suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendor onboarding SPOC and LSEG business operations managers to receive approval to Onboard the 3rd party supplier personnel
- Create tickets for Onboarding and Offboarding the Supplier personnel
- Ensure Extranet ID's and welcome email reaches the new hire
- Ensure new hires have the necessary hardware & Software access
- Proactively review profile worker accounts due to expiration and request for extension.
- Track and reconcile the Headcount report and ensure correct data reflects in all Internal Reports
- Update and maintain the SharePoint tracker with the Onboarding, Hardware, Software & Offboarding details
- Ensure all the software access is removed upon the closure of a profile worker account
- Ensure all the hardware devices are returned to LSEG upon closure of a profile worker account
- Submit tickets for changes in the profile worker account
- Collaborate with Audit & Compliance team to ensure there are zero 3rd party access related risks
- Streamline the existing processes relating to provisioning & creating process documents
- Preparing monthly KPI dashboard
- Organizing and conducting regular meetings with the Internal & External Stakeholders.
