Company Description

VN Bike Tours is an India-based travel company working closely with a leading tourism firm in Vietnam. We specialize in strong B2B partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and tourism businesses across India. You'll get the chance to collaborate with our Vietnam management team and may travel between India and Vietnam for training, trade events, and market development.

Role Description

The Sales Executive at VN Bike Tours is responsible for expanding Vietnam tourism business in the Indian market through effective B2B and B2C sales. This role involves field visits, developing strong partnerships with travel agencies and tour operators, creating customized Vietnam tour packages, and managing end-to-end client communication. You will work closely with both the India and Vietnam teams to promote travel products, generate leads, close bookings, and contribute to overall business growth. The position also involves occasional travel for trade events, training, and market development.

Qualifications

  • 6 months – 3 years of experience in DMC or B2B Travel Sales (
    No freshers
    )
  • ]Experience in field sales is a plus
  • Good knowledge of popular destinations in Vietnam
  • Must have a personal laptop
  • Male or female candidates welcome

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door and field sales to meet prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships
  • Create customized Vietnam tour itineraries & packages
  • Handle pricing, quotations, and client communication
  • Sell Vietnam travel packages (B2B/B2C)
  • Maintain positive relationships with partners, vendors, and customers

Location :
Saket, New Delhi (Onsite)

Timings :
11 AM – 7 PM (Mon–Sat)

Salary Range
₹28,000 – ₹32,000 (based on ability)

Commission:
50% of profit
on each successfully closed booking — Unlimited earning potential
