Audiologist

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Audiologist to manage Sales and Training operations across Orissa. The ideal candidate will lead sales growth, train internal teams and partners, and ensure customer engagement in the region.

Responsibilities include:

• Achieving regional sales targets and expanding market presence.
• Conducting product and audiology training for sales teams, partners, and customers.
• Building strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, and dealers.
• Coordinating with marketing for local campaigns and workshops.
• Managing dispenser network and ensuring product knowledge dissemination.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors/Master's in Audiology or Speech & Hearing.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in audiology, sales, or training (preferably hearing aid/healthcare).
• Based in Bhubaneswar or nearby.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Orissa.
