Role and Responsibilities:
The Aesthetics Manager is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of our Spa and Skincare clinics. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, managing inventory, implementing cleaning schedules, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all areas of the clinics. The Aesthetics Manager will collaborate with other departments to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients and staff.
  • Supervision and Training:
  • Supervise housekeeping staff, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Train new employees on cleaning procedures, product usage, and safety protocols.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance:
  • Develop and maintain cleaning schedules for all areas of the clinics, ensuring thorough cleaning and sanitation.
  • Oversee the proper use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and improvements as needed.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Place orders for cleaning supplies and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Manage the budget for housekeeping supplies and equipment.
  • Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Conduct regular safety training sessions for housekeeping staff.
  • Client and Staff Interaction:
  • Collaborate with other departments to create a positive and comfortable experience for clients.
  • Address client concerns and feedback related to cleanliness promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with staff to schedule cleaning during non-operating hours to minimize client disruption.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare regular reports on housekeeping activities, inventory levels, and budget expenditures.
  • Report any maintenance issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in Hospitality, Facility Management firms, a spa, or a healthcare setting.
  • Should be willing to travel within Bangalore and visit outlets on a daily basis.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and materials.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting.
