Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of the projects across all assigned sites.
  • Manage manpower deployment, daily attendance tracking, and workforce efficiency.
  • Conduct regular reviews to measure productivity and improve overall team performance.
  • Oversee site operations and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
  • Manage inventory lifecycle tracking, and usage optimization.
  • Implement processes to minimize downtime and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate with technical and support teams for first-level troubleshooting and escalations.
  • Prepare operational reports, MIS dashboards, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
