Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Female Showroom Manager to oversee daily showroom operations,. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and a passion for interior design or home furniture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of the furniture showroom efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the showroom looks attractive and well-organized.
  • Coordinate with the backend/e-commerce team for stock updates and order processing.
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and maintain sales records accurately.
  • Plan and execute promotional offers or in-store marketing activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for stock requirements.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations, including cleanliness and display setup.

  • Requirements:

  • Only Female Candidates may apply.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in showroom or retail management (preferably furniture, home décor, or lifestyle sector).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of sales, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Presentable personality and professional attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
