Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Shopify websites, themes, and apps.
  • Customize existing Shopify themes based on business requirements.
  • Optimize website performance, speed, and scalability.
  • Integrate third-party apps, plugins, and APIs to enhance website functionality.
  • Implement best practices for SEO and responsive design.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Shopify websites, including coding and app integration errors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing & design team to create landing pages and promotional features.
  • Ensure compliance with Shopify and industry standards for secure e-commerce transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Shopify theme development and customization.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templating language.
  • Familiarity with Shopify Plus features and capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Shopify's APIs and third-party app integrations.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of e-commerce best practices and trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Shopify app development.
  • Knowledge of payment gateways, shipping modules, and tax systems.
  • Familiarity/Can collaborate with graphic design tools like Figma, Photoshop or Illustrator etc
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, Google Analytics, and conversion rate optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year
