Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Sarabaug, Pune
Department: Administration
Reporting To: Admin Manager / HR Manager
Job Summary: We are looking for a well-spoken, presentable, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and handle various administrative tasks. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage the visitor log and issue visitor passes as per protocol.
- Receive and manage incoming/outgoing couriers and parcels.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain office supply inventory – stationery, pantry items, etc.
- Assist with meeting room scheduling and upkeep.
- Handle petty cash and maintain related records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and vendors for routine office maintenance.
- Support HR/admin team with onboarding formalities (ID cards, desk setup, welcome kits).
- Assist in organizing office events and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain basic office documentation and records.
- Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any stream.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office or receptionist roles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication skills – verbal and written.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.

- Location: Sarabaug, Pune
- Working Hours: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
