Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for International Voice/Non-Voice processes.
• Source candidates using job portals like Naukri, social media, employee referrals, and other platforms.
• Conduct initial screening and evaluate communication skills and job fitment.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines to meet daily/weekly hiring targets.
• Maintain and update hiring reports and candidate databases regularly.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Must have completed Graduation (any stream).
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal (English).
• Prior experience in bulk/volume hiring is preferred but freshers with sourcing knowledge can also apply.
• Experience in sourcing through job portals like Naukri is a big plus.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts and under tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
