We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Developer with strong expertise in PHP, Symfony, and

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications, while also leading and mentoring junior team members.

Excellent communication skills are a must, as the role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP (Symfony Framework) and
  • Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and product managers.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Optimize existing codebase and recommend improvements.
  • Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
  • Prepare technical documentation and ensure coding standards are maintained.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 59 years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
  • Strong expertise in Symfony Framework.
  • Proficiency in and front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, REST APIs).
  • Strong understanding of OOP concepts, MVC architecture, and design patterns.
  • Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (client-facing experience preferred).

Good To Have

  • Exposure to Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes for deployment.
