The individualneeds to work in a collaborative, team -based environment. Key accountabilities:•       Leadthe development and design process for all SCADA/ Remote monitoring relatedtopics for utility and roof top solar power plants•       Design the interface systems for Wind and SolarHybrid plants and Energy storage projects•       Support the procurement team with technicalexpertise throughout different project phases•       Develop and coordinate the design of monitoringand control systems for utility scale solar PVi.e SCADA units, Power PlantController, RTU and IT equipment.•       Developand coordinate the design of monitoring and control systems for roof top solarPV i.e Datalogger units, PLC Units, DG - PV Synchronization, Zero Export andother interface equipment's•       Specifymonitoring equipment, meteorological stations, weather sensors, PLC's, networktopology / architectures of FO rings, human machine interfaces (HMIs) and otherequipment together with other project stakeholders•       Integrationof major components into SCADA, such as inverters, metro stations, energymeters, UPS, protections relays and security system•       Develop detailed design documentation includingsignal lists, IP address lists, wiring diagrams and equipment lists•       Workon Power Plant Controller compliance with grid connection requirement incooperation with the Grid team•       Generateproject documentation including commissioning documents, as -built drawings,operator manuals and training materials•       Work with the project team to report projectstatus, risks and mitigation measures•       Workwith the SCADA suppliers to validate functionality of the site SCADA system,power plant controller and HMI. •       Todevelop in -house capabilities related to Control drawings, panel drawings,electrical drawings, programming from scratch and integrate various brands ofPLC and Dataloggers. •       Coordinate with on -site engineers forcommissioning and installation support•       Work with O&M Team in providing solutionsfor ease of monitoring•       Technical lead for SCADA troubleshooting anddiagnostics•       Monitor and evaluate market trends andinnovation•       Provideinternal and external technical/product support via phone, web, email, chat andother channels as required•       Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identifysolutions to resolve issues.•       A self -starter, you will be able to manage yourtime and take the initiative•       Theperson who wants to participate strongly in the development of a growingbusiness.     Flexibility to work and adapt himselfto different cultures and new projects      Ready to travel on site wheneverrequired. Qualification and Requirements:•       B.Tech (Electronics and Communication / Electronics and Instrumentation) with 5to 8 years of experience •       Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to gain understandingthrough listening, and to communicate technical concepts clearly •       Knowledge of Cybersecurity networking•       Experience with network concepts based onModbus, DNP3 and IEC •       Understanding of power plant operatingprocedures preferred•       Abilityto interpret diagrams and schematics including but not limited to; powerprotections systems, networking and control, electrical, mechanical, and civildrawings•       Knowledge of serial RS -232/RS -485 and EthernetTCP/IP networking•       Experience in SCADA systems for Battery EnergyStorage Systems (BESS) will be an advantage•       Experience in programming languages like C,Python will be an advantage•       Experience with Microsoft Office including Wordand Excel and Teams•       Proactive personality, solution minded andwilling to take calculated risks to achieve results•       Adept in MS Office Suite, SQL database &operating systems COVID -19 Vaccination: Company requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID -19 as acondition of employment, subject to reasonable accommodations What to expect•       Ourcompany is growing rapidly and is looking to expand and this role will help achieve that goal.•       You will be based out of Bangalore Headoffice •       Travelmay form a part of the role and company will provide travel and accommodationfor such business trips•       Excellent professional and personal growth•       Mentorship•       Work in a team environment•       Interact with other disciplinaries includingcross country
