The AR Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts receivables tasks such as generating and sending invoices, following up with clients for payments, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, addressing any payment-related concerns, and collaborating with other team members to ensure timely processing of payments.Work on the existing AR and communicate with the insurances to get it resolved.Negotiate with the insurances and ask them to issue the payments.Send appeals for TFL claims and follow up continuously, until the check is issued.Goal is to collect - >50% of the stuck payments.Experience: 2-3yrsLocation: NoidaShift : 6PM-3AM ( work from office)QualificationsStrong Analytical SkillsExperience in Invoicing and FinanceExcellent Customer Service abilitiesStrong Communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in workBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fieldProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suiteAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team
