Role Description

We are seeking a
Python Full Stack Trainer
to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Thrissur. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive training sessions on Python Full Stack development. This includes teaching core concepts in Python, Django, React/Angular, databases (SQL & NoSQL), and related technologies. The trainer will also mentor and guide students, evaluate performance, assist in curriculum design, and ensure an effective and interactive learning experience both in-person and online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured training sessions on Python Full Stack development (Python, Django, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, databases).
  • Prepare lesson plans, assignments, projects, and assessments.
  • Mentor and guide students throughout their learning journey.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum updates and improvements.
  • Ensure interactive, hands-on, and industry-oriented training.
  • Support students in building real-world projects to strengthen their portfolios.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    1 year of teaching/training experience
    in Python Full Stack development.
  • Strong knowledge of Python, Django/Flask, front-end frameworks (React/Angular), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners of varying skill levels.
  • Strong curriculum planning, assessment, and mentoring skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Industry experience in full stack development is an added advantage.
