Job Summary:

We are hiring
Freelance Field Sales Executives
who can promote and sell our Recruitment services
alongside their existing job, business, or regular market visits
. This role is ideal for individuals already active in the market and looking to earn
additional income without disrupting their current work
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our staffing and recruitment services during your
    existing market visits or daily field activities
  • Identify and approach potential clients in assigned or self-sourced areas
  • Generate leads and close deal independently
  • Clearly explain service features, pricing, and benefits
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Share basic sales updates and market feedback with the team

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Prior field sales, marketing, or market-visit experience preferred
  • Currently working in sales, distribution, delivery, merchandising, or running a business (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Own smartphone mandatory
