Job Description

  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Recording customer feedback, complaints and co-ordination for implementation of corrective actions

  • Initiating & coordinating customer satisfaction survey

  • Coordinating for invoicing and dispatches

  • Coordinating site activities

  • SAP - SD /PS module knowledge

  • BBU creation

8.Monthly progress report creation

9.Follow up with SCM for item status. Collection of input from Marketing for Sales order creation

10.Manage transportation vendors for dispatch in line with requirement

11.Inform project manager of major hindrances in project progress, and suggest ways to address challenges, to ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality objectives.
