This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor (Packing) at ProV Foods in Navi Mumbai - Kopar Khairane.

Experienced Production Supervisor with a strong background in packing operations and labour management. Skilled in supervising day-to-day production floor activities, ensuring packaging quality, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams of workers, optimize manpower allocation, and maintain smooth workflow in fast-paced environments.

Key Skills & Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience in packing operations – weighing, sealing, labeling, and dispatching.
  • Labour handling & workforce supervision – assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, resolving conflicts.
  • Strong knowledge of quality checks to maintain hygiene, accuracy, and consistency in packaging.
  • Ability to maintain shift schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Experience in implementing safety standards and training workers on SOPs.
  • Capable of identifying bottlenecks, reducing downtime, and improving overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise packing line operations to meet daily production targets.
  • Allocate manpower effectively across shifts.
  • Train and guide workers to maintain quality and speed.
  • Monitor packaging materials usage and reduce wastage.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams.
  • Minimum experience of 5 years

Job Location : Kopar Khairane (Navi Mumbai)

6 days a week working
