We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Warehouse Executive
to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, inward and outward movement of goods, coordination with logistics partners, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires strong coordination skills and hands-on operational involvement.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Ensure accurate inward and outward movement of materials as per documentation.
  • Maintain FIFO / FEFO practices, especially for FMCG / food products.
  • Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of materials.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile variances.
  • Maintain stock records in ERP systems.
  • Track near-expiry, damaged, or slow-moving inventory and report the same.

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatches.
  • Ensure dispatches are as per sales orders and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, etc.
  • Track vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to warehouse safety norms and company SOPs.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and 5S standards in the warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, especially for food products.

Team Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with loaders, helpers, and third-party warehouse staff.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock, dispatch, and damages.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Production teams for smooth operations.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
  • Experience in FMCG / Food / Consumer Goods warehousing
  • Working knowledge of ERP / SAP / Tally / WMS
  • Understanding of FIFO / FEFO practices
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Basic MS Excel & documentation skills

Educational Qualification

  • Graduation in any discipline (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred)
  • Diploma / Certification in Warehouse or Supply Chain Management is an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Hands-on experience in managing warehouses - minimum 5 yrs exp required
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch timelines
  • Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
  • Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
