Were looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional to manage Shopify operations, aggregator onboarding, barcoding, listings, and day-to-day e-commerce growth. Youll work directly with the founders and coordinate with production, dispatch, and channel partners to ensure smooth operations and consistent sales growth across online and offline touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shopify Integrations: Evaluate, install, and optimize apps for delivery, inventory, payments, analytics, and reporting.
  • Product Listings & Sync: Manage accurate listings, pricing, and stock sync across Shopify, Blinkit, Swiggy, and Zomato.
  • Aggregator Onboarding: Handle end-to-end onboarding including documentation, GS1 barcoding, catalog uploads, and image compliance.
  • Channel Development: Identify and onboard new e-commerce, retail, and B2B partners (corporates, cafs, co-working spaces).
  • Sales Analytics & Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly sales trackers; build ROI dashboards in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Operations Coordination: Align with production and dispatch teams on inventory, batch management, and SLA compliance.
  • Brand Activations: Support sampling drives, freezer placements, and event pop-ups through effective on-ground execution.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 2–4 years in e-commerce operations, D2C, or business development (preferably in F&B, FMCG, or startup environments).
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on with Shopify, Google Sheets/Excel, and marketplace listing tools.
  • Execution Focused: Organized, process-driven, and adept at managing vendors, partners, and aggregator relationships.
  • Communication: Clear and confident communicator; proactive problem-solver.
  • Mobility: Comfortable with on-ground coordination and local travel across Delhi-NCR.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with GS1 barcoding, aggregator catalog templates, or listing formats.
