Key Responsibilities:

Factory Operations & Production Planning

  • Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet demand.
  • Ensure smooth operations across Masale and packaging units.
  • Maintain quality control and reduce production downtime.

Labor Management & Workforce Handling

  • Supervise shift-based workforce
  • Handle worker attendance, payroll coordination, and conflict resolution.
  • Enforce safety, hygiene, and labor law compliance.

Inventory & Raw Material Management

  • Oversee procurement, stock levels, and inventory control.
  • Optimize material usage to minimize waste and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

  • Manage dispatch planning, ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate with transporters and logistics teams for efficient distribution.
  • Ensure proper documentation for GST, e-way bills, and invoicing.

Government Licenses & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI, Pollution Control Board, Labour Laws, Factory Act, GST, Fire & Safety Regulations, and Legal Metrology Act.
  • Handle regulatory audits, renewals, and necessary documentation.

Cost Control & Process Optimization

  • Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Improve efficiency in manufacturing and dispatch processes.
  • Drive initiatives for automation and workflow improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 years in factory management, production, preferably in the Masale or Food industry.
  • Education: Food Technology, or related fields.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and administrative skills.
  • Additional: Must be proactive, organized, and experienced in handling regulatory compliance and labor relations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
