The Warranty Manager oversees all aspects of vehicle and parts warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies, minimizing losses, and maximizing reimbursement for the dealership/service center.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarranty Administration

  • Manage the processing of warranty claims in accordance with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines.
  • Ensure all repair orders are properly documented and supported before submission.
  • Verify labor times, parts usage, and technician documentation against warranty standards.
  • Monitor claim status and resolve rejections or discrepancies promptly.

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Stay updated on manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and updates.
  • Train service advisors, technicians, and staff on warranty guidelines to prevent claim denials.
  • Ensure dealership/service center operations comply with OEM and company warranty rules.

Financial Control

  • Maximize warranty reimbursement from the manufacturer through accurate submissions.
  • Identify and reduce revenue losses due to incorrect claims or rejections.
  • Maintain records and reports for audit and reconciliation purposes.

Team & Customer Support

  • Support service advisors and technicians with warranty-related queries.
  • Educate staff on proper documentation and coding for warranty claims.
  • Handle escalated customer warranty concerns and provide resolution in line with policies.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly warranty performance reports.
  • Analyze trends in rejected claims, recurring issues, and provide corrective action plans.
  • Liaise with manufacturer representatives and auditors during inspections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹41,072.13 per month
