Position: OneStream WMS Consultant

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field

Experience: 5–7 years (minimum 3–5 years in OneStream WMS implementations)

Job Location: Flexible / Onsite / Hybrid (as per project needs)

Job Requirements

• Hands-on experience in OneStream WMS configuration and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory, order fulfillment, and KPIs.
• Understanding of supply chain and distribution processes.
• Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
• Knowledge of data migration, interfaces, and file/API integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OneStream WMS implementations from requirements to go-live.
• Analyze and optimize warehouse processes (inbound/outbound, picking, packing, inventory).
• Configure WMS rules, workflows, and strategies.
• Coordinate integrations with ERP, TMS, and 3PL systems.
• Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Provide L2/L3 support, documentation, and end-user training.

Preferred

• Experience in Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG, or 3PL domains.
• Exposure to warehouse automation, barcode/RFID, and handheld devices.
• Experience with global or multi-country warehouse implementations
