Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Officer role based in Porbandar. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships, identifying potential clients, promoting financial products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new customers, providing financial guidance, and meeting sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and the ability to maintain and nurture valuable professional relationships
• Experience or knowledge in Finance and a good understanding of financial products and services
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to address client concerns and enhance customer satisfaction
• Sales aptitude to meet targets and promote financial offerings effectively
• Proactive problem-solving skills and result-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the housing finance industry or a similar role is an added advantage
