Role & responsibilities

The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. They are responsible for understanding customer concerns, coordinating service appointments, ensuring smooth workflow in the workshop, and delivering excellent customer satisfaction through timely updates and professional communication.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Greet customers and actively listen to their service needs and vehicle issues.
  • Record customer details, vehicle history, and service requirements accurately.
  • Prepare job cards and coordinate with the workshop team for timely repairs and maintenance.
  • Provide cost estimates, explain service procedures, and obtain customer approval.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding job status and delivery timelines.
  • Conduct final inspection and ensure all jobs are completed as per quality standards.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers and explain the services performed.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Promote additional services, accessories, or maintenance packages to customers.
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for warranty and insurance claims.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
