Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Assistant Bar Manager. The Assistant Bar Manager will oversee daily operations at the bar, ensure high-quality customer service, manage staff training, and maintain inventory control. The role includes creating a welcoming atmosphere, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring adherence to food and beverage standards. The individual will assist in administrative tasks, coordinate with the bar team, and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to engage with guests effectively and create a positive experience.
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including bar menu planning and inventory management.
  • Experience in Training and managing bar staff to build a skilled and cohesive team.
  • Sales and marketing abilities to promote bar offerings and boost revenue generation.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations at all times.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or bar management roles is preferred.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management,
  • or related field, is a plus.
