Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for implementation/follow  policies /procedure/sop 
  2. Medical surveillance of employees on continual basis.
  3. Implement active systems & processes for meeting the statutory / welfare oriented health activities at plant/township.
  4. implement and monitoring health care services/ initiatives 
  5. periodic health surveillance
  6. Ensure compliance of regulatory guidelines
  7. Maintain Soft solutions data 
  8. Regular rounds in plant to develop new initiatives.
  9. Liaison  with statutory bodies at local site
  10. Accident/incident investigation and follow up of referral cases
  11. Provide all emergency services at plant and township on 24*7 basis
  12. Provide preventive and curative health care services at plant and township
Qualifications

Essential Qualification: MBBS / AFIH
