Join our QA Team

We are looking for a talented individual with testing experience for our mobile learning and games.

Core Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Owners, Application, and Engineering teams on assigned projects or modules.
• Take complete ownership of tasks from sprint assignment to production-ready deployment.
• Ensure all testing activities meet defined entrance and exit criteria, maintaining alignment with established QA standards and processes.
• Analyse, estimate, and deliver assigned tasks with precision and minimal deviation.
• Lead, mentor, and guide QA team members, supporting their upskilling and career development.
• Define, enhance, and implement QA best practices to ensure consistent quality across releases.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve the team's efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
• Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.
• Gain a deep understanding of product features, user flows, and application behaviour to ensure robust test coverage.
• Conduct detailed bug analysis and collaborate with developers to facilitate quick resolution.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of Functional/Non-Functional and API Testing experience, preferably in game testing across Web, iOS, and Android platforms, with at least 1or 2 years in a senior or lead QA role.
• Strong planning, organisation, and project management skills.
• Proven experience in implementing quality processes through test strategy, instrumentation, and requirements validation.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Ability to conduct impact analysis based on code or feature changes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong in estimation, prioritisation, and time management under tight deadlines.
• Analytical and creative problem-solver with a proactive attitude.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.

Good to Have

• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium and Appium.
• Exposure to mobile app and game testing life cycles.
