About Us:

At MedTogs, we create premium medical apparel that helps doctors and healthcare professionals look good, feel great, and work comfortably. As we grow, we're looking for a Social Media Manager who can bring our brand voice alive across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Your Role:

You'll be the brain behind our social media presence — from strategy and content planning to execution and engagement. You'll manage the rhythm of our brand online and ensure every post, caption, and collaboration feels authentically MedTogs.

What You'll Do:

Plan & Strategize:

  • Create monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Analyze performance data and insights from existing content to guide future strategy.

  • Keep an eye on trends and weave them smartly into our brand story.

Create & Collaborate:

  • Work with our video editor and designer to conceptualize, capture, and produce relevant video clips, BTS moments, and interviews.

  • Ensure every piece of content meets our brand tone, visual language, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with agencies to ensure deliverables are met and timelines are maintained.

Influencer & Partnership Management:

  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and creators.

  • Handle outreach, negotiations, deliverables, and content scheduling.

  • Track performance and ROI from partnerships.

Engage & Communicate:

  • Write crisp, catchy captions, taglines, punchlines, and hashtags to optimize engagement.

  • Manage DMs and comments — ensuring timely, thoughtful, and engaging brand responses.

Monitor & Optimize:

  • Track content performance using insights and analytics.

  • Experiment with new formats, timings, and campaigns to improve reach and engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing social media for brands or agencies.

  • Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube ecosystems.

  • Excellent written communication and creative storytelling skills.

  • Strong coordination and time management skills.

  • Proactive, trend-savvy, and data-driven mindset.

  • Based in Vadodara (this is a full-time, onsite role).
