Role & responsibilities

Management Skills:

QC processes.

• Training & Development: Ability to train and mentor team members on QC procedures and best practices. Analytical Skills:

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous and detail-oriented with a focus page quality
• Problem-Solving: Skilled at identifying and resolving quality issues efficiently.

• Root Cause Analysis: Ability to identify the root cause of errors and implement preventative measures. Technical Skills:

• Typesetting Expertise: Strong understanding Proofreading and quality of typesetting principles (e.g., style guides).

• Proofreading & QC: understand our workflow, process and project nature

• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS office , Acrobat, power point

• Prepress Knowledge: Understanding of prepress workflows and printing processes. Communication Skills:
• Written Communication: Ability to clearly document QC procedures, reports, and findings.

• Verbal Communication: Excellent communication skills to explain errors, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with QC Team, PM and production team Additional Skills:

• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computers and related software.

• Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing deadlines, project requirements, and industry trends.
• Customer Focus: Understanding of customer needs and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
