Job Overview**

  • We are seeking bright and highly skilled technology professionals to join a compliance technology division within a global investment and technology firm. This team builds and maintains mission-critical applications that integrate with trading systems and other business processes in real time to ensure regulatory compliance. The role involves developing large-scale applications, analyzing trading data, and ensuring accuracy, reliability, and scalability of compliance solutions.
  • This position requires close collaboration with compliance stakeholders and technical teams to deliver robust software products. You will also play a leadership role by guiding junior developers, driving end-to-end project lifecycles, and contributing to innovation through research and adoption of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Design, build, and maintain compliance technology applications that integrate with trading systems.
  • Analyze and process large datasets to generate accurate compliance reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined timelines.
  • Collaborate with compliance stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
  • Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and R&D initiatives to evaluate and adopt new technologies.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Bachelor's (BE/BTech) or Master's degree in Computer Science.
  • 8+ years of software development experience with strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and system architecture.
  • Solid understanding of software development principles and agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as in collaborative team environments.
  • Demonstrated job stability (minimum 2 years in each organization).

  • Experience leading small-to-medium teams and managing projects.
  • Exposure to compliance systems, trading platforms, or financial technology solutions.
