We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud PPM (Project Portfolio Management) Technical Consultant who will be responsible for providing technical support, enhancements, integrations, and customizations across Oracle Cloud PPM modules. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and functional teams to deliver reliable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support and enhancement for Oracle Cloud PPM modules such as Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, Grants Management, and Project Contracts.

- Develop and troubleshoot technical components including FBDI imports, BIP reports, OTBI reports, SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, and integrations.

- Build, deploy, and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between Oracle Cloud and external systems.

- Work with Oracle Cloud Financials team to support end-to-end cross-functional processes and ensure seamless integration with PPM modules.

- Perform root cause analysis, incident resolution, performance debugging, and optimization of existing technical objects.

- Participate in system upgrades, patch testing, regression testing, and deployment activities.

- Collaborate with functional SMEs and business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical design specifications.

- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.

- Prepare design documents, configuration notes, test scripts, technical documentation, and user guides.

- Support month-end and project period closing activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of overall experience in Oracle ERP, with minimum 3 years in Oracle Cloud PPM.

- Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion PPM modules (Costing, Billing, Contracts, Resources).

- Hands-on experience with FBDI / ADFDi, BI Publisher, OTBI, and data conversion techniques.

- Strong coding/debugging skills in SQL and PL/SQL.

- Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar integration platforms is an advantage.

- Good understanding of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR) and their integration with PPM.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Remedy, or other ITSM tools and ITIL-based support models.

- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.

- Oracle Cloud PPM Implementation Certification.

- Experience in Agile / DevOps delivery environments.

- Working knowledge of Oracle BPM workflows and Security (Roles & Privileges).
